These came out really fine! Crispy outside, creamy center. A little burnt because I wasn’t watching the fryer close enough.

Butternut squash fries,

1 sweet potato good per 2 people. 

Cut into fry sized pieces. I made them around quarter-inch wide. Toss with oil. Pre-cook in air fryer at 250-degrees for 5 minutes. Crank to 400-degrees to finish. Toss with Lawry’s season salt.
